Thank You Local Art Supporters!

Our last minute after hours Holiday party on December 2nd turned out to be a great season kick off event. We were a featured venue in Leslie Harlib's column in the the Marin IJ for a poetry reading and book signing by a popular artist/ poet Prartho Sereno of San Anselmo. We also had live piano and flute music and song by Robyn Taylor, food , wine and lots of great holiday spirit that raised awareness of local art.

The final weeks of shopping evaporate and Artizmo Gallery's future is uncertain. The mall is due to be remodeled in 2008 and management hasn't made a clear statement about Artizmo Gallery's future in their new destination shopping mall.

Because the mall doesn't advertise not many people know we are open extended hours from now until Christmas Eve. We are open Weekdays 9am - 10pm Weekends 9am-10pm and extended. For our monthly calender with daily hours visit: http://artizmogallery.com/NEWSEVENTS/News12.2007.html

This 8 week cabaret coaching class begins Monday, January 14th from 8:30 - 10pm. The sessions end with a group performance at a Marin show venue. Pre-registration is required. $295. tuition for 8 weeks

Our upcoming Featured Artist for November is Jean Cherie, a San Francisco Sculptress who creates amazing pieces of art out of Stone, Paper and Clay. Her exhibit will be installed November 1st and come down on the 30th. A Reception for the Artist will be held on Nov. 10th 6-9pm at Artizmo Gallery.
